Integration of web store and ERP business system

To ensure that the web store has accurate and up-to-date information on products, prices, quantities, and other data, constant communication with the client’s business system is essential, whether it be an ERP, CRM, or another solution. This also saves time spent entering all products and related information into the web store. Before starting development and programming, it is essential to verify technological possibilities with the company that developed the business system, maintain communication with the client’s systems department or external companies managing network infrastructure, Internet service providers, and other parties who often need to be involved in the integration process. This helps in precisely setting up data flow rules, data entry, updates, and covering synchronization behaviors for all possible scenarios that might occur during the integration process.
Once all technological, organizational, and project conditions are met, the development and programming phase can begin.
